Q1. How to get fabric sample for sportswear?We can offer you FREE A4 size sample while Express charge should be paid by client.
Q2: How can I get your quotation?
(1) Inform us your requirements about the item, specification, quantity, colors and other necessary information by sending us an inquiry. We will reply to you ASAP.
(2) Price will be different from different function and quantity and weight. So you have to confirm with our sales before you place an order.
Q3. Can you make production as customers design and color?
Yes, we can produce as customers' color and design. Please inform us of your design and color swatch or color index No.(such as PANTONE index No.).
Q4. How long will the lap dips be finished? what is the mass production lead time?
(1) Lead lime of the lap dips is about 3-5 days.
(2) 1/ Small Orders：7-15 days for production.
2/ Bulk Order : 20-30 days for production according to your order. For the the special urgent order, we can help to arrange more quickly.
3/ Shipping time: If small quantity or sample roll, by express or air, about 3-7day.
4/ bulk quantity, by sea, about 7-30 days according to the sea port.
Q5. What is your terms of payment?
we accept 30% deposit before producing and the balance paid before/against the delivery.
Q6. How to control quality of mass production?
we have a professional QC team to guarantee the quality through every production step.
